At Landon, our mission guides us in all we do.

We prepare talented boys for productive lives as accomplished, responsible and caring men. The Landon Fund is our annual giving program that allows members of our community to make gifts to the school in support of this mission.

Why give? Each year, the Landon Fund raises money that impacts the life of all students. The Landon Fund is an essential part of school’s annual operating budget, filling the gap not covered by tuition and fees.

Whether it is academics or the arts, athletics or faculty development, financial aid or campus and facilities, we have seven different designations you may choose to support. The "Area of Greatest Need" allows us the flexibility to invest in our most urgent priorities.

The Headmaster's Council honors those donors, foundations and corporations who provide significant leadership contributions to Landon School. Landon Fund gifts totaling $2,500 or more per fiscal year are considered leadership level gifts ($1,000 for young alumni). Donors receive exclusive recognition in our Annual Report and are honored at the Headmasters Council reception each year.

Transfer stocks and securities.

You may transfer your stocks and securities directly to Landon. 

For all stock and cash gifts, the donor name and cost basis must be referenced on all deliveries.

Wire transfer your stock to Landon School’s account with Vanguard.

Give with a Donor Advised Fund. 

Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) are very effective charitable giving vehicles whereby donors set aside money to be granted to charitable organizations. You can support Landon through a DAF grant. When processing a DAF grant through a charitable giving account, search for Landon School by tax ID (52-0635092). Landon School typically receives DAF grant checks within two weeks and credits a donor’s fundraising immediately upon receipt. Give now through your DAF account at Fidelity Charitable, BNY Mellon, or Schwab Charitable by clicking HERE. 

Donate Cryptocurrency.

Ask your company for a matching gift.

Many companies match the charitable gifts made by their employees to the Landon School. Check our database to see if your employer matches donations. If your company has a matching gift program, please contact your human resources department to initiate the process. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to Landon School may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.
