Fulfilling Pledges Is Key

With the June 30 deadline fast approaching, Landon’s Annual Fund is making a final appeal for new gifts and for the fulfillment of pledges made during the 2011-2012 fiscal year.

“Converting pledges to dollars is essential to achieving success this year,” says Director of Development Barbara Goodwyn. “Fulfilling pledges will help us finish up strong.” Members of the Landon community are asked to write their checks or pay by credit card now. Go to www.landon.net/makeagift to make a gift or to fulfill a pledge online.

To date, 87 % of current parents and 35% of alumni have joined 100% of Landon’s faculty and staff in making a gift to the 2011-2012 Annual Fund.

The 2011-2012 Annual Fund is being led by: Sharlene and Steve ’83 Amitay P ’18, P’20 and Dale Lipnick P '12 (Parent Giving): Mark Amorosi ’87, Kevin Shooshan ’00 and George Wenchel ’65 (Alumni Giving); Denise and Dennis Reilly (Parent of Alumni Giving); and Jay Nussbaum (Grandparent Giving).
