The Landon Honor Code
" I will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do."
Honor is defined as principled uprightness or personal integrity. Honor is one of the most important qualities of a person's character. It is a fundamental human quality which enables people to trust others and to be trustworthy. Honor should belong in every facet of the human experience.
Honorable conduct must pertain to all of our actions and relationships with others, not solely academic work. The Landon Honor Code is basic to the respect and goodwill under which our School operates from day to day. It is our duty and responsibility to celebrate and uphold the Honor Code and to conduct ourselves in accordance with its principles and ideals. Landon expects nothing less from the members of the Landon Community.
Everyone in the community is responsible for upholding the Honor Code.
