Put simply, we expect our athletes to do what we ask them to do, to the best of their ability. 

This could include technical, tactical, physical, representational, and/or organizational tasks. If we work together, we will put our best product out on the field. In action, our core values look like...

• Respect: Respect is multi-directional, expected, and prized in our team. This core value is required among all participants in practice and game environments. It is something that we actively coach, train, and highlight.
• Responsibility: This core value flows throughout the team on a daily basis with constant opportunities for players and coaches to demonstrate responsibility. Similar to other values, we look for moments to both demand and praise examples of team-first responsibility as well as individual responsibility contributing to moving the team forward.
• Teamwork: Soccer is a consummate team sport. Very little shows up on the scoresheet and, often, some of the most valuable contributions to success can go unnoticed. Moreover, these contributions might only emerge in practice, warmups, or off the field. We do our best to highlight all of the above and publicly praise, and encourage, those moments.
