ROTC Scholarship Award: To the student who has demonstrated a love for service in many areas, including to our country. This senior will join Air Force ROTC at the University of Maryland. Lt. Kayla Thompson presented him with a certificate and stole as she announced his scholarship at Baccalaureate.
