Charlie Bundy ’22 won an individual IAC title in golf. Here is a wrap-up of the spring varsity season for 2022. 

The Landon School community marked the beginning of construction of the new Boehly Upper School building with a groundbreaking ceremony. 

Landon’s Upper School 2022 edition of our literary magazine, Prometheus Unbound, is dedicated to retiring English Teacher and Prometheus faculty advisor Matt Dougherty. 

Congratulations to the Class of 2022! Although we moved graduation indoors because of the weather, the spirit of the seniors was not dampened one bit. Here are the major award winners recognized at Commencement.

Congratulations to Landon’s Class of 2022! We have 89 seniors who will attend 55 different schools. Three members of the class will enter a post-graduate program or take a gap year. 

Lower School art students worked on a sculpting project to enhance their hand-eye coordination, spatial reasoning, and fine motor skills while stretching their imagination. 

Teddy Tibbs ’23 was awarded first prize in the 2022 Gaithersburg Book Festival high school poetry contest.

Two Middle School students placed in the top 5% in the country in the American Mathematics Contest (AMC 8).

Landon students develop many skills over the course of their years at Landon, including time management, communication strategies, and our core values of teamwork and perseverance among others! Those skills and values have proven to be essential to four students who started their own small businesses.

Grades 3 and 9 Bears joined forces for a science project to hone their research, writing, and presentation skills.
